The building itself is sketchy and so is the surrounding area, especially for the price. The room itself was very nice and clean but you can hear the train rumbling every few minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful but not an area you want to stay in when first visiting Zaragoza.

The room was clean and nice. It was near our family's apartment so it served the purpose. The area is not the best in Zaragoza but we didn't have any problems. It is near the historic center and you can easily walk to many points of interest.

Staff were excellent / kind, friendly and helpful. It was pretty noisy / walls were thin or allowed sound to go through easily. There was no way to darken the room. It was not a sleep filled stay.
