Due to a foot injury, the staff were very friendly and accomodating to place me at the closest room to the entrance. Room was clean and location was extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the Grand Place and central station.
Only downside is that it can be pretty loud late at night.
Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

The room was extremely hot at all times and could not be cooled down, the radiator was turned off and we had to keep the window open at all times. One of the walls was hot to the touch and could hear running water behind it, I think the heating pipes ran through the walls and had no insulation which made the room unbearable to sleep in even with the window open in October.

I stayed at this property for 6 nights, overall, everything was OK. the location is great, less than 5 mins walk to grand place,
it has central AC/Heater system, the room was warm for us, we had to open the windows to let cold air in. Water temperature in the shower was unstable, warm then cold and warm.
