It should be noted they charge $16 a day to park your car. There are no other options for parking. This is not disclosed on their web site. Other than that surprise it was a good stay. No complimentary breakfast given by so many other hotels ($18) and the facility is showing it's age a bit. Forget the room service because prices are Beverly Hills caliber. Old magnetic card locks should be replaced by chip oriented ones. But we are staying there again in October. We just know what to expect better.

Dinner is not served in the hotel itself, you have walk outside to go to the Arena bar and order dinner at the bar. You have to pay for parking!! $18!

Nothing worked. Not the card keys, the toilet, the phone. I spent the pool time I was craving helping and showing how, to repair bad phone line and plugged toilet. Took 4 hours. Every single thing cost $$$$. Even the water was $2.50. The manager was an ass and completely had zero care about any of it. I’m disabled and having to walk all the way to the front desk due to key cards never working on this particular door, nearest my room, was hard on me. Taking over 4 hours to help fix stuff took away the very reason I stayed here…the pool. Never again. The only redeeming quality was Zach, the guy checking me in. He was awesome. Don’t go here unless you want to pay $28.18 for eggs and bacon, $2.50 for a bottle of water and bring a plunger.

The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel was average, but nothing special about it, and they did not inform me about the $16 per night fee to park my car in their lot. I was at the same hotel 3 years ago and felt the same--average, but clean and adequate for my needs--but they did not charge for me to park my car in their lot. Would be nice to inform customers when we sign up on-line, not when we arrive at the hotel.
