Sheraton Universal Hotel
The room did not have steady cooling or heating in the room the two nights and three days I was there. We froze at night and sweated in the day time. Brought up concerns and nothing was ever addressed. Staff was friendly but just not on ensuring all guest were happy in their rooms

This is such a great hotel for a variety of reasons. It’s a short walk to Universal Studios, clean, good bus service if you get tired of walking all day and the food is good.

Best Western Plus Carriage Inn
Clean. Very nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Big TV. Dennys right there. Was unaware they charged $12 for parking and a $95 refundable security deposit in addition to room cost Close to freeway.
