Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractionsโ€ฆ but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back.

Cute hotel in a beautiful location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main historic town area, this hotel was nice to come back to and unwind after exploring all day. The access to the pier was a lovely addition and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed staying at Hotel Serenella very much. Little bit difficult to get to as it is located in a pedestrian area of Sirmione, but worth the effort. The pool was great, and liked having both breakfast and drinks in the garden. Walked to restaurants and the ferry. Sara was amazing. She helped us with transportation to Verona during the rail strike which relieved our stress and allowed us to enjoy our time.

Family run hotel on the lake. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The bartender made a great Hugo Spritz. We enjoyed sunbathing on the pier. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Hotel was wonderful and had a great authentic, Italian feel. The pool and jetty were a perfect addition to enjoy after a day site seeing. Breakfast was lovely, you got to pick the day before and it was brought out to us in the courtyard. The staff were so attentive and made us feel so welcome.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. Wonderful location and lovely hotel

The hotel was really cute, inside the old city and within minutes walk to the thermal baths. The staff were extremely friendly and very happy to accommodate. Loved our stay. Would not recommend bringing a car, because driving in the resticted zone is pretty nerve racking.

A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. ๐Ÿ˜€
