Hotel was wonderful and had a great authentic, Italian feel. The pool and jetty were a perfect addition to enjoy after a day site seeing. Breakfast was lovely, you got to pick the day before and it was brought out to us in the courtyard. The staff were so attentive and made us feel so welcome.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. The breakfast was amazing! and set us up nicely for each day. I could go on and on!, I picked the best place to stay and would happily go there again we had a wonderful time. Wonderful location and lovely hotel

The hotel was really cute, inside the old city and within minutes walk to the thermal baths. The staff were extremely friendly and very happy to accommodate. Loved our stay. Would not recommend bringing a car, because driving in the resticted zone is pretty nerve racking.

A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀

Great family run hotel. Excellent location a few mins walk into Sirmione. Really good breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. The sunbeds on the jetty with direct access to the lake really makes the hotel standout against other options. Would definitely stay again if back to Sirmione.
