Go to a B & B instead

Unfortunate “renovation” of lovely old building took all the charm and character and trashed it for artificial surfaces, ugly bland furnishings, and tiny cell-like rooms. Do hotels really get stars for having a pool table or a shiny plastic chandelier? Sad. Front desk staffed by cheerful young woman, which was the only saving grace of an empty town and depressing hotel.

Så nöjda!

Jättefint hotell som vi var mycket nöjda med. Läste en del recensioner innan och hade inga högre förväntningar men det överträffade allt. Rent och snyggt, supertrevlig personal i både reception och resturang, jättebra mat i restaurangen som även fixade och ändrade efter barnens önskemål. Frukosten var OK. Jättesköna sängar och kuddar. Kommer definitivt bo där igen om vi besöker Skara.
