It was lovely. The room was smaller than anticipated and the bathroom was tiny. The bed was very comfortable and loved the duvet aspect.

The hotel supplies a special towel for make-up, good idea but the one in our room had hair from a previous guest on it.

I showed up and hotel was in shambles. Rooms had been emptied of furniture and front desk area was a shambles. Also there was vomite on sidewalk to entrance and in lobby bathrooms. I was told I was only guest in hotel and I’d be staying there alone with no staff. I requested and received refund on the spot.

The hotel is dated witch adds to the decors charm but takes away from the stay. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating but the building needs a lot of updating and repairs. I know it was in a state of neglect prior to the current owner opening the business but perhaps the building is too far gone. I will not be returning but will reserve judgement to let another make their own determinations.
