Hyatt Place Ottawa West
Breakfast included vanilla yogurt, granola, bananas, apples, and other cooked items that I did not try. Gym was decent. They have treadmills, rowing erg, a bench, and dumbells. Front desk staff were usually really helpful.

the room was very clean and the halls were quiet which was great. it was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for the kitchen area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when next in the area.

Hampton Inn & Suites Ottawa West
Staff was great. They switched our room after the original room had very stained sheets (we would have been happy with new clean sheets). Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast fare. Nice that the hot water dispenser did not taste like coffee for us tea drinkers (other hotels take note).
