NOT THE NICEST PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. NO air conditioning with a room at 80F; with the windows open. That is not what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Staff said that other guests said they were cold. Well all they had to do was turn off their thermostats. Why shutdown the A/C for everyone else. We’re on the top floor with the sun on the windows all day heating up the room. We had to sleep with the windows open and listen to garbage trucks at midnight and street cleaning machines even later. More of a hostal than a 4star hotel experience. Staff was NOT helpful at all. Nothing they could do and that all the fans that they had been lent out already. So, if there are so many clients that need A/C why not turn it on. It’s one of the hotel’s amenities without any word anywhere there it is a seasonal amenity. Nor is it expected.

Excelent

Todo excelente, cuarto muy amplio y cómodo, servicio muy atento.

We stayed in the loft apartment, which has a huge terrace and amazing views across the city. The location is excellent- close to two metro station and loads of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby (including supermarkets). All staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the air conditioning was switched off centrally and underfloor heating on all the time - the weather was very warm while we were there so the room was hot (26°), especially when sleeping. We would definitely stay here again though and highly recommend it.

Fabulous hotel in a superb location, couldn’t be better. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well worth having. We have been coming to Madrid for many years and this is the first time we have used this hotel. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!

Ubicación inmejorable. Buen desayuno y habitaciones cómodas, confortables y limpias. Muy satisfecha!
