There was a major problem with check in. We did not receive the email wit check in instructions. It took a long while to get in touch with the local manager through the Hotels.com office. when he did arrive everything was fine - except that the oven didn't work!

Det var vanskelig Ä finne hotellet, da det lÄ i 4. etasje. Da jeg fÞrst kom til inngangsdÞren og skulle inn var dÞren lÄst. Ringte pÄ, men ingen Äpnet. Resepsjonen var ikke betjent, men man mÄtte ha en kode for Ä fÄ romnÞkler. Koden ble ikke oppgitt da jeg bestilte rommet pÄ mobil, noe som burde vÊrt gjort.
