Excellent front desk staff that were so helpful. Modern, clean room with AC and WIFI.
Good location very close to the Metro line for getting around to places. A 10 minute taxi ride way to get to the train station. Great breakfast included.

Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me.

All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when asked info on trains and taxi’s etc. Despite and roadworks the location was ideal for us
