Spencerville Vacation Packages

Charged me for a night I didn't stay, called to make a change minutes after booking and they said they can't make changes. Then I get my room, not in the main building but in " the towers " which is so far from main lobby I can't order food in. Then, not they an hour, I go to grab food, come back and there is an old couple in my room. They gave my room key and checked another couple into a room I was already checked into. Obviously the system doesn't work great. Also no AC except the bedroom.

Parking is first come first serve even if you request a spot online prior. I also called ahead to see if they have spaces and was informed they did but the lot was full when we arrived. I understand it’s not the front desk staff’s fault but he was rude about the situation. I found the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Nice friendly staff, clean property, good activities in the games room for kids.

Awesome place :) we will be back. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants/bakeries. Friendly staff! Clean rooms.
