Nice room clean and spacious only downside was our room being opposite the nightclub which was rather noisy in the early hours of Saturday morning so bring earplugs or ask for a room facing the opposite side.

No AC, small hot room.

We only stayed one night but the unit was well equipped for a longer stay, had everything you would need for cooking, was clean and comfortable. Host very helpful and friendly.

Perfect central location, very friendly staff

Had issues at check in as the front desk and the actual hotel are in different buildings. You get a code from the front desk at the Sundial Hotel and walk over to the Carleton Lodge to let yourself in with the entry code provided at check in. There was an issue woth the code we received and we were not able to access the building. The error was corrected 5 hours later. The unit was spacious and had an amazing view of the mountains. Excellent location in front of shops and restaurants right in the heart of the whistler Village centre. That could not be beat. The kitchen were stocks woth all the things you need to cook a meal. My entry issue was eventually handled with care by Rachel who sent over some lovely gifts. Overall, my family had a great stay irregardless of the entry issue which was no one's fault. Thanks again!

I was a bit wary about this hotel being fully digital, but it was wonderful! It meant no lines, no waiting, and no fuss. My room was big, cool and comfortable and opened right onto the waterfront walkway. The best part? The rooms are very nearly soundproof. A bachelorette was next to me and I didn’t hear a thing. Only complaint (very minor) is that the bed is right next to the door and you can hear hallway noise and doors slamming shut.
