Description was not proper about the restroom and direction of the pods, wifi password was given but username was not available, where to put password?, suggesting to provide bathing products or give a clear instructions on website whether it is available or not, overall is was okay not up to the mark

It was a pleasant stay.

The accommodation was lovely. Quiet, roomy, clean, bright and very comfortable.

Rooms were nice. Reception and breakfast staff friendly. Breakfast good however would have been nice to have a bit of a choice for the hot dish.

We stayed at the hotel in the suites directly across from the main building. We were disappointed that the infinity spa was not available as advertised. We did have access to a large juzzazi tub in our room but it did not offer the same ambience we were wanting. The suites were clean but very outdated. A bar fridge was available but was noisy and leaked. We informed the front desk but no maintenance came to resolve the concern. We also required making calls to front desk to request more supplies such as clean towels. The schedule to attend to the room by housekeeping was inconsistent. Free breakfast offered was nice although there is a limited menu. The staff in the bistro were pleasant but at times limited in numbers which affected service overall. We enjoyed the location. It was quiet and accessible to downtown by walking. Parking a bonus. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return but feel this hotel requires some updated features. It truly has great potential as a tranquil setting. It seems the spa at the site takes all the glamour and the hotel is left wanting!

Clean and tidy but devoid of personality; just a place to sleep and take a shower. I could not get the TV to work. There is no staff onsite so there was no recourse. Gave me an excuse to go to bed early, I suppose.

Liked: room size and layout; easy parking and access; closet layout. Clean Disliked: room fan/ac/ heat was impossibly loud making it difficult to sleep- hear the tv or even carry on a conversation. (Room 406) -1 for that issue. Desk staff were unhelpful and not typical of my previous NL experiences. Over a 4 night stay, we engaged at check in/out and 3 questions - they couldn’t care less and were of no help.

Very nice staff, clean, quiet place. The restaurant was good aswell. Dinner and breakfast.
