The staff were fantastic, the food at the diner was good, and the location was great. The room was worn down and the building is showing its age but since it was clean and safe, I didn't mind.

Really nice and Modern. Very clean.

The room was very well appointed, nice view and the hot tub was amamzing!! Maybe it was the time of year (Oct) but we were all alone in the hot tub every time we used it

Great facility with amenities such as kitchen & laundry. Easily accessible to transportation and walkable to BC Place for concerts.

Room was nice and clean, front desk was nice and professional. One of the elevators was broken, which did cause a longer wait on 2 occasions. Parking was a nightmare. I paid $58 and it was extremely stressful and frustrating. Please, please fully review the hotel’s parking video and info before you book. If you set GPS to go to the hotel, you will not be able to park at that location. Instead, have your GPS take you to the parking garage directly (if you are bringing a car). It is an extremely busy and hectic area and if you are unfamiliar, it could cause undue stress.

Great, clean, modern and convenient location. Perfect walking distance to the BC Place Stadium where our teens were able to walk to safely to attend a concert. Awesome location near many great restaurants in Yaletown and close walking distance to the CF Pacific Centre mall along with other great stores on Robson Street. We will definitely be back.
