The property was clean and neighbourhood was safe. No internet for over 3 days, was unable to work remotely or do conference calls. Cleaning staff did not replenish supply of coffee pods had to ask at front desk for coffee to be delivered to room every night. At the bar, staff were rude and not accommodating, ordered a wine on menu, but refused to open a new bottle and to choose a different wine. Door seal was broken in room and had to pull door extra hard to ensure it was locked properly.

Avoid this hotel in warmer months. I understand that many hotels in Sweden lack AC, but this hotel has the worst ventilation system of any hotel I have ever stayed at. But worse, I kept being told by well meaning saff that although slow the ventilation system would bring room emperatures fown.FALSE! Even after changing rooms to an upgraded flat, the temperatures never came below 26.1 and sometimes climbed to 28 plus. But worse than that, the windows did not open and the rooms smelled musty, mildewy and sweaty. The result was several nights of interrupted sleep waking up in total sweat. Even after introducing two small noisy fans, i was still drenched during the night. Just horrible.

Very nice rooms and breakfast. Bar was closed for all our stay and the upstairs bar was booked out since it was the first nice weather days there for a while. But there are area bars that were fing.

Pluses: + staff very friendly and helpful -- top notch. + great location (for me) centrally located in Stockholm + lobby area offered many comfortalbe seating areas -- important for me as I worked on my laptop during my stay. + window (one) opened in room to allow for fresh air which I greatly appreciated. + nice outdoor area showing films and sports matches -- added to a community vibe. + nice "artsy" vibe overaall. To improve: - would be nice to have a desk for work in the room. - breakfast although overall quite good were lacking wrt bread -- pre-cut (thickly) with limiited selection and no rolls. -- Shower stall floor slippery and no apparent option for mat to improve grip

What a gem! Stylish, clean, comfortable & fabulous breakfast! Gym has a squat rack and there’s a sauna. Front desk staff super helpful. I rented one of their bikes and it was my best day in Stockholm. They have a wonderful patio bar area where they show soccer games and it’s a total vibe!

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal!! Would definitely stay here again. Although not downtown, it was a lovely walk every morning and the hotel is right next to a fantastic coffee shop.

Loved the architecture and the facilities at the hotel. Great little gym, fantastic sauna and good buffet breakfast. Although a number of people have commented in reviews about rooms not having a kettle (and indeed they don't), the front desk was more than happy to provide us with one, so as we brought our own tea bags and coffee, we could still have a drink in our room. The room itself was super comfortable, loved the industrial design and actual really liked that there were no windows to the room we booked - we slept better this way given it gets light early and goes dark late-ish. The only slight issue was that our room backed into the access way to the floor as well as the lifts so you could hear the sound of the access door slamming, and the lifts running. Based on the design, ours was the only room in the floor like this, the others wouldn't have this issue.
