Please beware this is NOT a hotel like it is advertised. It is a private room hostel with shared l, all gender bathrooms and showers. If you are not comfortable with that go elsewhere. We checked out and got another hotel right down the street.

The property is in a wonderful location. Walk to everything. Staff was helpful and available. Things were basic but clean. Room was good size for Europe. Shared bathroom was ok and easy to get an individual stall for shower, sink and toilet, but there was a smell -perhaps as the building is older. Otherwise very pleased . Breakfast spot they recommend is fab.

Great place. Was given problem re checking in late, though I let them know well ahead of time. Travellers are often under a lot stress, as I was, and there was no need to compound it. It's not easy finding yourself in the middle of a new city, trying to find a hotel, with no wifi, nothing open, and not even sure whether you'll be able to access your reservation. A bit more sensitivity would come in handy. That said, the staff were helpful in other areas, finding a laundry spot, extending my stay a night. Towels are provided - why not a few bars of soap? I try to carry such things but I would think soap at a place such as this would be a given. Great location, wonderful spot end of street for breakfast. Old Stockhom is gorgeous, don't miss the Vasa! So many museums. And oh yes, read the fine print, which I clearly didn't: no outside food or drink. So forget that six-pack and burger and fries.

Very nice place

The location is perfect and the building is beautiful. It is very quiet and easily accessible. I think it would be nice to have complimentary coffee and tea instead of having to pay for it. Otherwise he staff was helpful and nice.

Our flight arrived at 10:30pm. There front desk closes at 9:30pm therefore I emailed in advance letting them know. They confirmed and noted that there’s a $50 usd late check in fee between 9:30-12am, which is fine since we had no choice. We arrive to the hotel at 11:15pm, called the front phone, emailed them to no response. Standing out front with my family and no where to stay. We had to scramble for another hotel. I don’t know how the hotel accommodation is but with this service after confirming they will be there left an awful taste. Please be aware if landing into Stockholm late

Place was great, it was walking distance from restaurants, bars, stores and the metro. I would stay here again. My brother, my son and I stayed here to see Kent live at 3Arena and it was very easy to get there from Gamla Stan.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I didn’t even stay for more than an hour. Despite their claim of a ‘no smoking’ policy, the entire building, including the room, reeked of smoke. As someone with asthma, this was not only unacceptable but dangerous for my health. To make matters worse, the balcony window in the room was shattered, making it clear that this is not a safe or well-maintained property. I immediately requested a refund, but they flat-out refused and showed no concern for the health and safety issues I brought up. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability are appalling. I even recorded the condition of the room and the shattered window as proof. If you value your health, safety, and money, avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely unacceptable!
