For the price the room size was poor. The bathroom was beyond tiny and the room itself had very little room between the foot board and the wall. Though out of their control, the hotel acting as a starting off for the cruise ships made dining difficult.

From first contact and having an early check in, to the friendliness of staff we were impressed from the start. The room was decorated beautifully, the bathroom had a very good shower and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast one day in the hotel and the quality was excellent. I would stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel. Real smiles on the face’s of employees. Dedicated, knowledgeable, forthcoming. Room very comfortable if a bit on the small side. Efficient bathroom, great amenities (the cold pool was unbelievable and unbelievably appreciated in the 2025 extremely hot and humid summer). Just a great place. Great breakfast but on the expensive side (…).

Great hotel and location.

The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were a bit soft for me but other than that it was excellent. FYI. if you rent a car there is no parking there or anywhere in the neighborhood.

We were put in a postage size room. It was so small that you couldn't even lay 2 suitcases out. It should NEVER have a king size bed in it. My small suitcase that fits under an airplane seat just fit in one of the aisles. We were in the first floor right over the bar. Since it was hot we had to open the window. The noise was HORRIBLE! It quieted down Sun night at 1:30 am but garbage pick up was before 6am & it sounded like a bomb went off. It was the worst experience we ever had.
