The staff is great. The hotel is convenient to the airport. Food isn’t as amazing as the reviews but it’s decent. If you have an early morning flight it’s option.

It’s a very convenient hotel when traveling. Rooms are small, but if you are just spending a night before a flight, space is not needed. Great that pets are allowed. Would like to have USB ports in the rooms, or at least a wall outlet closer to the bed/by the bed stand.

Beautiful location, easy access to the airport!
Just a quick overnight to catch an early flight. Great price, great accommodation, lovely restaurant, very close to the airport with a free shuttle, friendly staff. We had a very relaxing last night in Sweden at this hotel. Tucked away in a lovely treed area, felt as though we were at a getaway retreat location. Would stay again.

While this hotel is not on the main strip or close to shopping etc, it was perfect for our 1 night stay. The room was clean and fully stocked. The front lobby staff was helpful and polite. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient. Our favorite part was the restaurant. We had a party of 10 and they were timely and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

I'm very happy that I chose to spend the night here before going on to a friend's in Stockholm. The service of being picked up at the airport is really great. The driver Madeline was very nice The staff are friendly and helpful. It was nice to have an extensive,varied and delicious buffet breakfast after having eaten airplane and airport food for the last 2 days. The beds are super comfortable as are the pillows along with wonderful fresh linens and towels . All of this for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Our stay was fine. However the transportation left me at car rental for about an hour before telling me I had to wait outside the rental area along side the road out front. Felt like road kill out there in the heat dust and car exhaust. Not a good way to treat your patrons.

The Wi-Fi was very slow in my room and non-existent in the gym. Gym had treadmills that were not at all intuitive in terms of how to start them. A sign with directions would be helpful. Automatic lights went out three times while I was running, which is dangerous because the gym is in the basement so it is pitch black apart from the light on my phone. Again, a sign warning people would be helpful. Gym was dirty as garbage can hadn’t been emptied so trash was spilling over and left on the counter.

The accommodations were everything a traveler needs on their way in and out of Stockholm. The only thing this traveler would’ve enjoyed were some walking trails to venture on near the lake and woods.

Decent hotel, poor shuttle service
Hotel is fine, decent rooms. No blackout curtains, just normal curtains. I had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up with the shuttle bus from the airport at midnight, even though I called the hotel several times. Big negative.

Staff member in dining area/bar very sweet. Drivers of airport shuttle crabby. Unclear instructions on how to meet or contact airport shuttle at airport. Gym was awesome if it wasn’t located down a long creepy and isolated hallway. I was afraid to be there by myself.

10/10 stay. The shuttle got to the airport less than 10 minutes after I called for it. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. The room had a simple setup, but everything was clean and comfortable - can’t beat it for the price.

I did like the convenience of being so close to airport. Breakfast was great, lots of options. However when we wanted our room cleaned we left the ‘please clean room” sign when we returned our room had not been touched. Also the shuttle person could be a little more helpful.
