Hotel very clean ,staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good . Hotel has everything from kettle,fridge , microwave, cooker to chrome cast in the room where u can connect your phone and enjoy evening movie with children .

The bed was squeaky all night, and it was hot. We opened the windows for fresh air but only 1 was functional. At the morning and after we complained the morning staff told us that we could ask for a fan!! Then how about the squeaky bed, they said that there is no other available room for 4 people. We switched to a different hotel the next night and they didn’t refund us back. So no early check out. The breakfast was the nice thing, it was simple and efficient.

Staff very nice, it is very close to the center and the train station. The room needs some updates, as the door to the toilet was smashed, one socket had parts of a plug still attached, but overall can't complain for the price. Breakfast is included in your room rate and it's a good continental. I would definitely stay again.

Worth the Commute
This hotel is a bit out of the way from Stockholm Central (about 45 minutes with a commuter train) but it's so convenient from the railway station. It's in a quiet area, and in what felt like a safe neighborhood. My room was clean, and I have no complaints. The breakfast was standard for a European spread (bread, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc.). Check in was easy, as was check out. I would recommend this hotel for people looking to save some money staying in Stockholm. Wifi was also quite fast.

Central location and good value
Recently renovated and some building work still ongoing in the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent that there are a few parking places available for guests in the courtyard. Our room had a small fridge and cooking hob etc, which we appreciated. A couple of minor details need attention such as adding a clothes rail and hangers in the wardrobe. The bathroom smelt from the floor drain, maybe due to the ongoing building work. Enjoyable breakfast with juice, cereal, rolls etc, Central location close to restaurants, train station and tourist sights in Södertälje. On the whole very good value for money and would stay there again..

I think that everything was good for what the price indicated. The room was adequate and very clean. Any problem was quickly and adequately dealt with. Excellent customer service. I would stay there again, no problem!
