Prior to any issues I would have gave the hotel a low end 3. We booked for convenience between two flights. It’s ok as a hotel.it was warm in the room when we walked in, I dropped the temp in the thermostat and briefed myself on the system. Which was only to change the language, and lower/raise the temp. I hit ALL the buttons. After about an hour or two I was breaking a sweat. Tried using the room phone to call the front desk but it was the only one button call that didn’t work. I went down to the front desk. He said it’s possible in the US I may not be familiar with the system. Spoke in a very condescending manner the entire time and asked if I tried the raising/lowering temp buttons… and that’s all. I told him yes, the ac is broken. The response was, it is not broken, it is just not working. I can offer you a fan or a room change. Anyways it’s a hard 3 but I got a review email right after so here we are. 2 for the attitude. My opinion is they knew that the room (possibly floor or even building) ac was not working and hoped you don’t say anything. We moved to another attached building that seems reserved for members or flight staff. It is much better, but no doubt still a 3 at best.

Unsafe and Unprofessional Bus Service from Arlanda Airport to Radisson Blu I had a very upsetting experience with the shuttle bus service from Arlanda Airport to the Radisson Blu hotel. I was traveling with my wife and son. When we arrived at our stop, my wife was still outside the bus while my son and I were inside. I repeatedly pressed the stop button to alert the driver, but he did not acknowledge it at all. Shockingly, the driver drove off without giving us any chance to fully disembark, leaving my wife stranded and us stuck inside the bus for another full round. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was a serious safety issue. The driver also behaved rudely and used inappropriate language when I tried to address the situation. This experience was completely unacceptable. Better training, improved communication, and a focus on passenger safety are urgently needed. I hope the company takes this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to others.

Five star amenities. comfortable beds. The pullout sofa bed was already made upon arrival, the mattress was at least 6 to 8 inches and not flimsy. Sheets were crisp clean cotton and towels were ready to be used. The bathroom is very small and narrow, but had glass Shower doors and Corian countertops. very clean. Breakfast was included and impressive.— fresh pressed juices (orange, apple, grapefruit, tomato), coffee, or tea, ice water. there was food to make sandwiches, crêpes, or Swedish style pancakes, a variety of pastries, such as donuts, croissants. I don’t recall, cereals, but a variety of cheeses, milk and yogurt were available. It was definitely superior for continental breakfast, they also had premade, scrambled eggs, macaroni and cheese, sausages, and Sunnyside fried eggs. there was something for everybody’s taste. The location did not have much of a scenic view, but was immediately adjacent to multiple rental car parking lot. check in lobby Staff was friendly and helpful and answered most of my questions. The glass enclosed space for waiting for shuttle bus to airport had nice, comfortable club, leather chairs, and marble top tables. no need to schedule a time for the shuttle bus, you just waited until the bus came and took you to your terminal. This is a great place to stay right before leaving to get to airport. Highly recommend.

Comfort close to the airport

After a long journey through Scandinavia, we spent our last day here to rest up for a long flight home. The Radisson Blue exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The workout facilities were top notch. The room was clean and comfortable. The P3 bus service to and from the airport is easy and runs reliably every 15 minutes. We had a very relaxing stay.
