The people and room are great. There are two issues. Doors on second floor to an elevated main street is not open most of the time. Also too popular for may business travelers so breakfast buffet is overcrowded.

Literally yellow piss on the comforter covered by a duvet. This hotel was so filthy bad Staff, cheap rooms, lack of service and all in all a two star experience at best.

They have some serious issues with hiring the right personel. The front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. I came back at 1am and left me outside arguing with me over intercom as to why I don’t have my key card. Once I finally convinced her that I lost the key she open the door. Then calls me liar. Long story short - extremely rude and no customer service skills whatsoever.

The 'roof top bar' is actually on floor 8, so a room on floor 9 was impossible to get to sleep before the music was switched off at 1am, complaint to staff in the evening yielded no solution, but told to return in the morning to sort a refund, in the morning that wasn't possible so told to come back in the afternoon,

This is my second time staying at this property and I love it. Quick walk to Gamla Stan and right across from the Central Station. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food, and the roof top bar has a nice view and heaters.

Great family stay

Breakfast was wonderful. They said at the desk that it opened every day at 6:30, but it is actually 7 am on weekends. Loved that we could choose to have our room cleaned or not, and just get fresh towels when we needed them. Great view of city hall, loved the sun deck as a quiet place to rest.
