The hotel was ok - the rooms were clean but very very small and I personally found it too claustrophobic for 5 days. You only got your room cleaned and fresh towels if you asked for it. Breakfast was lots of lovely food - a bit of a bun fight I’d say ! Not my cup no of tea but ok if that’s what you want. Very expensive for what it was and I was glad to be leaving this morning.

The room seemed small for the size of furniture. Not much room to move around. WC was smaller as well. The shower leaked out on the washroom floor. The sink was also mini-sized. The breakfast was excellent and the desk service was excellent. We stopped in at the bar and it was very comfortable but expensive. Would stay here again, but ask for a larger room.

Just got back from my fourth stay at this hotel. I always pick this one in Stockholm as it is the perfect location for Arlanda Express, Central Station and easy to reach other areas on foot. Staff are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great too with lots of options

Good but need better housekeeping service

Very conveniently located centrally for easy access to public transport and the express train to and from the airport. Hotel is of a good standard but they do not clean your hotel room unless you request. Even when we requested, this was not done. This was the biggest problem we had.

Great hotel

My third year coming to Stockholm for Melodifestivalen, and I always stay here. Great hotel. Lovely decor and vibe. Clean spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Great location. Will be back in 2026! Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold

Excellent Service.

The hotel was excellent as usual; however, this time Alex at the front desk went above and beyond. I realized that I had left my AirPods in the room while on the high-speed train to the airport. After emailing the front desk from the train, Alex went to the room (twice), found the AirPods and returned them to my colleague. I regularly stay at the Scandic Grand Central and have become used to the excellent service. Thanks again to Alex!
