Very good breakfast buffet and right around the corner from public transport, also walking distance from many attractions and historic downtown. Rooms are okay not the most aesthetic but clean and functional and good for the price.

Ruined The Trip - Awful!
Awful! Travelled with our 1 year old baby and was put directly above the hotels night club - completely ruined the trip! Complained to hotels.com whilst we were there, who made no effort to resolve the issue. Floors were not clean in the room, tiny bathroom (only a shelf on top of the toilet!), breakfast was ok but that’s the only positive thing I have to say. We were moved from the 1st floor to the 4th floor on the second night which was not much better in terms of noise. Hotel staff on reception even suggested we move our baby’s cot ourselves, along with our baby and luggage - zero hospitality. There’s no way that this is 4* hotel. Avoid!

The room was small, as expected. The bathroom was a disaster though. It was unreasonably small and unpleasant. It is the first time I have had such a bad experience in a hotel with the showering facilities. They charge quite a high price and it was extremely disappointing.

Great location for short stay in Stockholm. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately very noisy outside hotel on Friday and Saturday nights - ear plugs are vital if you require a good night’s sleep! Hotel could do with triple glazing.

The noise was unbelievable! This hotel is right in party central. If you get a room at the front of the building you will struggle to sleep if there’s anything going on. Otherwise I can’t complain. I had a great stay.

The hotel has very questionable policies of selling small and unfit rooms to families. We were forced to buy an upgrade to a suite when we discovered that the room we had booked for 4 people only had three beds. The hotel is overall old and very much in need of a renovation. The rooms are small, (the so called suite is a suitable room for 4 people, but definitely not large) the service is more a 3 star level rather than 4. The staff is nice but bound to unpleasant policies from management. Only good point was breakfast and location.

A week in Stockholm
Good value accommodation. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast, with good choice of hot and cold food. Well situated in lively area with shops, bars and restaurants. Underground (Tunnelbana) station next door.
