Stony Mountain Vacation Packages

The location is excellent, right downtown and close to my clinic. The staff are friendly and genuinely trying their best, which I appreciate. However, this property feels more like a small motel than a hotel. Renovations are still underway, and the rooms are very small, with unbalanced heating, unpleasant smells, unfinished repairs, old beds, and uncomfortable mattresses. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Staff kindly provided a microwave upon request, but the electrical system couldn't support it properly. I paid $171 for an additional night, which seems expensive considering the room's condition. I also experienced unexpected knocking on my door, and without a peephole to identify visitors, I felt unsafe. Despite confirming my arrival by email, my reservation was initially marked as a no-show, although staff corrected it. After five days, i left. This property has great potential because of its central location and helpful staff, but it seriously needs improvements in room quality, maintenance, guest safety, and pricing. I genuinely hope management addresses these concerns.

Very good

Tv programming needs to be up graded.

Nice clean rooms, attached restaurants are nice.

All good

This property was listed as a hotel in the “hotels only” section and it isn’t one. It is somebody’s home. If you’re into staying at a place like that then go ahead and book it. Just be aware that all the photos do not even match the property. The bedrooms don’t look like some of the photos and it is a shared bathroom should there be any other guests staying there.

We came Winnipeg for the Jets game, and were pleasantly surprised at how close the hotel was to the arena! The staff was helpful with all of the questions that we had about downtown Winnipeg and getting to and from the Jets game.
