Great staff and great location for access to Ferry Terminal

A place to lay your head and that’s it ! Still even then we didn’t sleep the best , the mattress cover is plastic which makes you sweat . And no shower head so your straight up getting blasted with the water comimg out of the pipe. Train was a super cool feature , the noise of it didn’t bother me with it being so close. The gentleman was super nice by my lord dude Clean up the check in space YIKES ! Let’s just say I’m glad I checked in and not my partner or he would have been like NOPE ! To be fair thoe the room was really clean.

No internet and tv, parking ok

Hotel and room were clean. Shower head wasn’t the greatest with one stream of water for myself having thick and lots of hair and our coffee machine didn’t work but my sons worked in his room. I guess I was playing coffee machine roulette and lost it.

Property is nice. Found beds very uncomfortable

The first room we were given was half below ground level, heavy musty smell, old banged up furniture. Not clean at all, windows filthy. When you came in back door, tons of cigarette butt. No ashtray or anything for people to place their cigarette bitts. Weeds galore at back door x tv did not work. The front desk person offered us another room which had the worst mattresses. You could hear our neighbour every time he moved on his mattress so I’m sure they could hear us. The shower curtain had so much pink on the bottom whip is bacteria and needs bleaching. Floors not clean at all. The second day no maid service at all. That first room should not be offered to guests. I could smell mould and the gentlemen at the front desk said it did have a bad odour. The shower just didn’t have enough pressure. Lots wrong with this property. Major money needs to be spent for upgrades. We couldn’t believe it.

Room was very spacious and had pretty harbour views. We had supper and breakfast in the lobby restaurant. Both were quite good. Would stay here again.
