I was not informed about room cleaning was done on request. Also no one at check in informed about restaurant on site.

It is a very clean property. Close to Ayala Mall and accessible to other areas of Cebu.

Nice room Clean Good size. Only thing was no clothes hanging at all, inconvenient.

Hotel Elizabeth is consistently good however the quality of the restaurant food has decreased, it seems choice is less, food runs out faster.

The property is under renovation and was not informed from the website. So it was very dusty even inside the room. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive. I requested to re clean the toilet as it was not properly cleaned and someone did came and clean it. Over all it is a lovely place when renovation is done. We had a good time. We did not swim on the beach though as it was low tide.

I will definitely stay here again.
