Good as usual, always going there every time I go to tacloban

The hotel is a new hotel so the condition is good and the staff are good at cleaning. The problem is in the advertising of this hotel. Most of their rooms are standard reasonably priced but very small and NO WINDOWS. On check-in made me pay the higher walk in price for an upgrade with a window. Ended up pay double what I had expected Hotels.com need to require in the Philippines that it is clearly stated if the room doesn’t have a window. Otherwise the Filipino staff are very gracious and helpful.

If you like simple and peaceful stay here. The staff is very accommodating and wonderful. We will return and stay again soon. The food is excellent and satisfying. Thank you to all. God bless

The property is located in a convenient location. The room doors have a big gap when closed allowing air and noise to come in and out but the rooms are not in front of the road but at the rear so it is quite. People can still have a peak through the gap and see you when you come out of the bathroom. At the back of the rooms is a passage or area where workers can hang out, they can easily open the window and come in the room when you are not there. The service was great. The food was average, not many options.

Very easy check in and out, staff were helpful and we enjoyed our room, well worth the money but the 4pm check in is a bit late, should be able to check in at 2 and check out at 10

Staff were really nice and helpful securing transportation around town and to the airport. Really cool MMA dojo on the first floor. Rooms were very clean
