Great stay at Vienna Hotel! The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. Loved that the nearby mall has an indoor ski slope—such a unique bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and check-in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for business travelers. Highly recommend!

This hotel is just beautiful. The cleaning staff and the breakfast staff are really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff were kind as well, but there was an issue: they did not have my reservation. I booked through Expedia and had conversations with the hotel through their messaging portal. However, they could not find my reservation and I was on hold with Expedia customer service for 1.25 hours. I won't get into that too much since I think it was a fluke, but the staff -- who don't speak much English -- did their best to try and help us. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom and shower are awesome, and the view is very pretty. Lots of restaurants around -- we liked the Villa. Enjoy!

The hotel has an elegant, stylish atmosphere with well‑thought‑out decor. May at the front desk was warm and attentive, checking me in efficiently and thoughtfully. The room was clean and comfortable with great attention to detail. I had a fantastic stay. It’s a really relaxing place for travelers and highly recommended.
