The location was excellent, close to the market square and across from Planty with good access to public transport. Our room was spacious and quiet. There is a nice lounge on yhe ground floor.

Amazing hotel, beautiful and large room, and a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent.

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Very nice hotel. Definitely worth using this hotel. Parking, if not prearranged, requires parking about 10 minutes away. But this is not too difficult.

An excellent hotel. Clean, well placed for local attractions and friendly staff. The breakfasts offer a good choice and the restaurant is fantastic, with wonderful French themed food. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
