Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

Very well-located hotel in the best part of Valencia’s city center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions. The location made it easy to explore Valencia on foot while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of three. The staff was very accommodating and provided everything I requested, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Valencia.
