Very basic, hostel like accommodation, no coffee in room, room had smell from drains, fire alarm blinked through the night. The room was small and the bathroom cramped. Location a reasonable distance from central Madrid. Likely okay for a quick stay but less appropriate for a couple staying.

Un hotel donde la locacion es buena pero recibe demasiada gente pero el personal de servicio no es suficiente para las personas, el internet no sirve, los secadores no sirven, la atencion es pesima debido al poco personal, siempre estan corriendo y sudando, y si les pides un favor lo hacen a las 3 horas, hize una fila para el check in de dos horas, hize una fila de 30 minutos para guardar maletas, una fila de hora y media para el desayuno. Despues tuve que ir a subir yo misma las maletas pir que el pobre de las maletas no podia. Serinitivamente no lo recomiendo y no regresaria.

Very very nice hotel. I found everything i needed. Even washing machines. And The social area is very nice. And breakfast was excellent !
Hotel is very well located. Right behind the Royal Palace.
The room was very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms a little too small.
Overall I had a really great stay
