Everything was great until 7am when i was woken by the garbage truck at the store next door. This is also when i found out my window was open and had been for my entire stay without my knowledge.

Nice bed, good sized room with table and chairs for small project meeting. Air conditioning was good, and staff was friendly and helpful to provide extra extension cable for our project meeting. Dinner and grocery shopping is within walking distance.

Nice and clean and suitable for my one night stay as a traveller moving through the area. Great water pressure for the shower 👍. Dining opportunities limited and would give food on site a 4 out of 10. Staff very friendly. Overall a good place to stay for the traveler. I would stay there again.

The room was clean which i appreciated. What I didn't appreciate was how much I was charged for the room consudering how old the beds were & based on how incredibly rundown this property is & how dirty everything was on the exterior of the property. I had to wash my hands & dust myself off when I got to ghe riom...the railings & carpet on the stairs were in great need of cleaning & repair. Normally I wouldnt care but I paid the kind of room rate id expect to pay at a higher standard property ie the Sandman up the road in Smithers, BC. I was hiwever plesamyky surprised with how well the air conditioner worked.

Water tap in bathroom sink would not shut off. Staff shut off main cold water tap and left cold water doesnt work but hot water does. This left us trying to brush teeth and wash hands with hot water
