This property was absolutely incredible and stunning!!! The location was conveniently located in town with spectacular views!! Staff were wonderful and accommodating!

Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included. Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.

Excellent location with large and clean rooms. Soap, shower gel, and lotion smelled amazing

The property was nice and in a good location. It could use better signage outside since we pulled up and the only sign was a "M". The doors should be unlocked during the day and the offsite parking was a joke .

The room had peeling paint on the ceiling and the towel warmer was rusted. Rooms need to be updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing!
