My wife and I have just gotten back from terrace for medical appointment. The,,,the staff are amazing, polite and very helpful. The mall is only a block away and two blocks from downtown. We had taken a medical bus up to our appointments and our bus left from the hospital. Can was going to leave at 5 pm and taxi was a 45 min wIait. And this is where the staff stood out. Their employee drove us to the hospital on his break. They have a visitor for life thank you again to your staff.

Highly recommend this excellent hotel

From check in to check out our stay could not have been better. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was sufficient and had a huge array of food. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. There is a gym and laundry. We had a couple of requests and they were dealt with in minutes. The GM was friendly and he and the staff did an excellent job of making us feel at home.

From the warm and efficient welcome on arrival to the tastefully decorated rooms and impressive free breakfast, this hotel exceeded my expectations in buckets! The attention to detail is 5 star. The room was super nice and spacious. It had a nice fireplace on the wall with multiple colour options that gave the room a nice warm feel while going to sleep. The breakfast was delicious with the option of a coffee machine that made many different types of coffees.
