Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Beautiful room , delicious food , helpful staff and location was perfect We had the best time ever

what a wonderful hotel. Right on a small canal close to the water bus. It is a bit away from the really busy areas and had very good restaurants close by. They have a lovely bar where you can actually get a great martini or drink of your choice by American standards. The staff was great. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We loved it for our 3 day stay. Even the air conditioning was reasonable and some tv stations in english.

To start off, this was the perfect location. The water taxi from the airport dropped us half a block down the street, and the train station was a block in the other direction. The breakfast was lovely and they have a gorgeous garden out back. Our family room had an amazing terrace looking out on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!
