Excellent staff who show genuine concern for their guests

The hotel room I received was extremely spacious, just a tad older but nothing that is noticiable but making note if you want something something absolutely new looking. Easy to get to the airport. Not much around the place for attraction, you do need to go a bit out of the way for toursit spots.

The hotel is a nice hotel in a good location with good breakfast. It isn't too far from a main street and a mall. The main street is very busy so it took a while to get to the hotel, but we used the metro to get around which was easy and quick. We also used the gym which has pretty good equipment.

Staff were very friendly and helpfull, nothing was too much trouble, we would definatly stay here again.

The hotel is very well located and the staff always so welcoming to me. The rooms are spacious and everything works perfectly. It’s a very comfortable and pleasant experience with no negatives.

There were insects in the room. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dirty
