Beautiful location, great food and drinks, we enjoyed the great selection at the breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Had a poolside room with patio doors to the indoor pool. Loved it. Rooms were clean, bed was good. Price was great. Near food and shopping options. Halls weren’t vacuumed the 4 days I was there and needed to be. A lot of trash and butts around the outside of the property never got picked up in 4 days. Room key issues several times.

Quiet, clean and great room amenities! Booked my week at the Crescent because of baseball tournament. Great place to stay because it has a washing machine, dryer and full kitchen. Would recommend for sports families.

Wonderful room, very clean and modern. Fit my family well and made for a lovely space after a day of travel. Check-in was seamless.

Excellent service

Staff were great. The site was great, loads of history. Amenities were a little dated and in need of some repair. But we did go in the off season so that may be the reason. Definitely should check it out.

The property is an historic hotel building right on the downtown core - completely renovated, refurbished and redecorated beautifully. Very attentive and helpful staff, the rooms are modernised, updated fixtures and fittings, extremely comfortable beds...... this is a great place to stay in Trail.
