The hotel is just on the edge of the complex close to the ski lifts. Check-in was very smooth and we had a big double room with cooking facilities fridge and the usual kettle and toaster which is great so you are able to eat if you want to. The staff were very helpful. However, there is no parking at the hotel and you have pay for it which (£10 per night approximately) I thought was a bit harsh, if you’re paying guest this should be included. I would expect to pay parking in the middle of a city centre but not out in the sticks. That said we did enjoy our time there and is far nicer to be up in the mountains than somewhere like Kamloops which didn’t look great when we drove by it

PET OWNERS BEWARE YOUR IN THE BASEMENT LOTS OF NOISE if you have sensitive pet you will not have any sleep. Your pet can hear everything through the walls and its makes them anxious and stressed. In our room there wasnt a screen in the window and make you feel real safe with a block of wood holding the window closed along with the lock. The extra door lock that you flip when your in the room was broken off. If at all possible stay elsewhere!!
