Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

The rooms at The Alpha Suites are so spacious, you literally feel expanded the moment you walk into the unit. It’s such a good size for big families plenty of room to move, breathe, and just relax together. The poolside area feels like paradise. So quiet, so clean, the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Inah the manager, Hannah at the front desk, and Rigor all showed such warmth in making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommend The Alpha Suites for families looking for space, peace, and genuinely great service. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff were fantastic. Security, front desk and room attendants. Gym needed some work. Cafe was also good.

The staff were very helpful, courteous and easy to communicate. I did 3 separate bookings within a period of 3 weeks and they handled the storage of my extra luggage during the time I was out of the country for my travels.

They were very welcoming and friendly, I really like the pool, and there a clinic.

We found two cockroaches in our room when we checked in.
