Avoid the highway side rooms! Paper thin walls!

They see to be in in the airport taxi scams. No info on where to find the free shuttle. Assigned moldy smelling room that i did not ask for. Gave me a better smelling room but on the highway and not the pool side that i paid for. Terrible night with the heavy traffic noise all night long. The Positive is the early morning shuttle was on time and staff was friendly and helpful. Its amazing that several 5 star reviews will magically appear after i post this truthful july 15th 2025 post.

Although clean and very big room, it needs upgrading for the price you pay , the carpet had stains, need to upgrade electric plugs, the air conditioning is very loud but it does cool the room. The breakfast was very good with lots of options . Nice and close to the airport and free shuttle service .

We had a long day and were happy to get to the hotel. There was a bar lounge right in the entrance…no walls or gates to discourage you from getting a nice cold beer while checking in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My hotel to go to always!

This is my favorite hotel to go to when I have to go back to USA. It’s convenient, super clean, beds are so comfortable, great food, full breakfast buffet included with variety of items to eat. The staff is amazing!! The shuttle takes you to the airport, drivers are supper nice, always eager to help. The front desk lady called me by my name the next day! The restaurant manager William so nice and professional. I will always return to this hotel. Love it!

The front desk clerk jumped another person in front of us and the person did not wait on the long line and gave him a room. When it was my turn he told me he can’t give me a room because my reservation was two hours old . And he was very rude . at the crowne plaza hotel I airport . I was forced to go to another hotel or I would have my reservation cancelled and no where to stay. This was said to me by I will never stay at the crowne hotel Panama 😒😒😒😒😒

Everyone was polite and helpful, including the driver of the bus to the airport. He did everything he could to get everyone on board, and when we saw that we had not gotten off the bus at the right terminal, he went around the airport again so that we didn’t have to do too much walking.
