Loved my stay but not the noise

My stay was great. The room was huge and super clean! Coffee and tea were included, as well as toiletries. My only complaint was that my room neighbours were very loud until about 3:30. Despite the hotel having signs everywhere that quiet time is 10pm, there were people partying all night. Not the hotel’s fault, but I’d recommend having someone doing rounds through the hotel once or twice overnight to make sure this doesn’t happen.

Nothing special!

The beds are NOT queen size regardless what you choose for room type - they are doubles. We got 'upgraded' to a loft room so we got 4 double mattresses' for 2 people lol and we couldn't put the beds together to make it a bigger size - not an upgrade for us at all. Also, the plug outlet in the bathroom area didn't work and i couldn't do my hair there (only mirror in the room too), had to get an extension cord (it was too short so we found another one in the room which unplugged the microwave). Also the TV cable wouldn't connect & worker couldn't fix it so we didn't get to watch tv while relaxing in the room. There's no phones in the room so if you need to connect with the hotel staff you need your own phone. We stayed here because it was affordable, and I understand you get what you pay for, but I know they charge lots in the busier seasons and its not worth it at that point.

No slippers so we are bare foot walking indoors. But somewheres on the carpet are stained. Before 10pm, some teens living next door yelling a lot sounds like there's no sound proof at all. Can't do anything since it's not within the silent time. Other than those, lovely loft.

Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay and the room was adequate. However, the male person at the front desk seemed anxious about my payment because my credit card was blocked due to a questioned payment. I provided him with another card because he wanted to charge the room right away. When asked if the garbage could be removed from the room, we were given extra garbage bags and when the dish soap in the communal kitchen ran out, we were given another almost empty soap container which was being continually watered down by others using the kitchen. The shampoo bottle didn’t pump properly and the toiletries themselves seemed less than ideal. I realize these all seem like trivial complaints but when you are paying top dollar, you expect top rate quality.
