Great location close to the train station and within walking distance of the centre of Lille. Our room was small but immaculate, fantastic shower and soaps / moisturizer!

The property was close to the square as well as on a very lively street filled with wonderful restaurants. The hotel was lovely , the staff was very friendly and helpful . They offer a breakfast buffet every morning ( extra charge ) but delicious ! There is a courtyard and the hotel has a bar with great bartenders . I would highly recommend and would absolutely return !

I chose right when I booked a trip here last minute. The staff is great and I can’t wait for my return here!

Located overlooking the Grand Place, this hotel offers both comfort and a prime location. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Property and room were clean and buffet breakfast was good. The bed was very. comfortable and there was a great shower. Several issues on arrival and departure - noises in room next to us with loud voices and a screaming baby on first night. Room was too warm with poor air conditioning and sealed windows. Staff said they would resolve, but they didn’t. Had to pay a holding charge of £150 on arrival, which is now proving difficult to get back. Staff very unhelpful and unwilling to help.
