Location is good, room is okay, not too much choice in the breakfast.

A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location and look. Love the convenience of the little shop/café downstairs. The staff were attentive, professional and kind. The room was small for my liking but clean with a comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

worst place to stay

We didn't enjoy the experience in here. When we first came in, we couldnt find a TV remote controller, so we sent emails and called the property company many times, but we had to wait for so long since their response was taking so much. When they finally answered my call, I explained the situation, and they said the remote is broken so they ordered a new one, and it will be delivered in two days, but the thing is we are leaving here tomorrow. That means we can't access the TV. My fammily and I were going to take some break during night watching the TV, but we couldn't, because of that. We called the company one last time, and they didn't answer, and I was guessing they left their business for today. They showed NO AMMENITIES & SLOW RESPONSE & NO RESPONSIBLITY for customer’ problem. Ridiculous experience at this place. Our family trip was RUINED to be honest.

Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. After the added condo fees the price was not worth it. Would have been better to stay in a hotel. And they had no place to store our luggage at check out until our evening flight.

I liked the elevator experience. Suite was beautiful. Couch not comfortable though. The view was awesome. Free breakfast was awesome. Lounge Patio with awesome view was awesome. Only thing wrong was the parking garage. It was horrible. So difficult to find P2 parking section. Signage leaves a lot to be desired.

There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady.
