We arrived and went through the check in process only to find someone else staying in our room! Go back to reception desk and she says they are completely booked and can’t get us into another room! She said a guy checked out of that room two days ago and she thought it had been empty!! How does a hotel not know a guest hasn’t left?? Security issue red flag!! Receptionist feels bad for us and works with another hotel to get us a room and we have to wait over two hours in the lobby to get into a room. Drove 8 1/2 hours and have to wait two more hours to get a room!! Then this original hotel charges me for my stay that I didn’t get to use and sends me an email stating I’m a late cancellation 😳 I didn’t cancel you overbooked my room and couldn’t provide another room!! I feel completely ripped off this was not a good experience 😔

Stayed here twice for work and its a nice facility. Some of the more comfortable beds Ive slept in in a hotel. Its nice, i like it.

The property was nice, staff was excellent. The room we had was a look more “worn” looking than anticipated. Our biggest problem was how thin the walls were, sounded like someone was going to fall through the ceiling, could hear people talking and coughing all night, also the door slamming was unbearable. At 4:00 am someone kept going in and out of their room and the outside door, it was ridiculous. Also there was a weird smell coming from the ceiling vent. We didn’t say anything because it was one night but wouldn’t stay here again.
