Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland
Beautiful hotel right by the river connected to an easy running and walking trail. The staff was also so friendly and kind, true hospitality which isn’t common to experience these days. I always try to stay at a homewood suites for this reason and the staff definitely fulfilled the reputation!

No river view. Paid for a suite with balcony. Was given a room with no balcony and when I told front desk she had very poor customer service. Furniture in the room was also broken.

Very nice staff. Beautiful location. My only complaint, very minor, is that the room had a bit of a mildew smell to it. I would definitely stay again and hope for a better room tho!
