I loved the location. It was right on the riverfront walkway and there was plenty of food you could walk to. Breakfast needs to be better at the property as there were days that it was only scrambled eggs. They have such a great place and such a good location to be failing on this and still charging me for it...

The parking lots were a dumping ground. Random bits of trash everywhere. Hot water in the shower was erratic. Room could have used a floor rug. Having the sales person watch the front desk is NEVER a good idea. Never saw more than one employee at a time, which leads me to believe this property is owned by a slumlord.

Nothing I could do would stop water spilling all over the bathroom floor during a shower. Really annoying. Also, who wants to make coffee into a disposable plastic cup (like I need to absorb more micro-plastics!!). Beds clean and comfortable, towels good quality. Walls paper thin, as I learned to my chagrin when an idiot neighbor kept his TV blaring well past 11pm.

Hot tub was out of order. Our AC needed maintenance and sounded like a jet engine. Bathroom door handle missing, cracked painted walls in bathroom, tile grout gross, towel hook in bathroom dangling. Tub pull old, disliked shampoo and hand soap. Beds were so so. Acceptable for price. Breakfast was good. Staff was good too.

No River view most like parking lot view

Well it’s said river view but it was more Parking lot view, also the shower was dirty, it was hair in the tub, the shower curtain it’s was dirty too, I called the desk and they said they will tell the housekeeper, but nothing else, for the price that I paid it was very expensive for what I got, honestly I been in more quality hotels and they are not at expensive price Also the breakfast it was no to wow…
