Room booked online did not have the bed count the images showed. Was unable to get a refund as I booked same-day, and hotels.com and hotel were unwilling to change my accommodation, even though "they could not allow 4 people to stay in a single-bed room, forcing me to purchase a second room for the night.

The front desk was nice in calling us to verify our stay and provided a floor room as requested. The room was cluttered, not enough room to move around, no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on, the coat rack was not deep enough to hold items properly and the floors were filthy dirty. Need to mop not just sweep. The outside walking areas to rooms were not kept clean either. Not enough coffee available for the amount of patrons. Need a bell at front desk when patrons need help.

The staff are amazing. The rooms are always clean. Nice place to stay. The Mall is close. There's a restaurant next door and across the street. The river is only a mile away and it's a great place for a sunset stroll.

Great Affordable Overnight Stay

Great for an affordable overnight stay. Was traveling from PDX to Spokane. Clean except the shower looked like they missed it. No coffee maker or hairdryer. Coffee in the lobby. Plenty of outlets, decent Wi-Fi . I would stay again for a quick overnight. Staff was great. Zips across the street and Chinese restaurant next door. Close to mall.
