I will never stay at this place again. I was supposed to stay there all week. I canceled after Monday night and only stayed one night because the room which was ferocious. The door had been kicked in either by an occupant or the police. They never fixed it it was the shadiest place I’ve ever been in in my entire life.

This was a unique experience. It has great potential but think I’ll wait till the property is more fully developed. It was too quiet at night. I would have loved to come back after dinner and sit under twinkling lights at their wind bar

The staff were nice. The hallway of the 2nd floor carpet was stained and looked dirty. The hall had a smell to it that was not pleasant. The ventilation in the hotel seems to be all connected to every room. When someone cooks the smell comes into your room. The rooms have cooktops. I asked for a pan to be able to use the cooktop because it needs a special pan to work with the burner. They didn’t have any pans at the front desk to give out. They put my name on the list to receive a pan but I never got one. We were there for two and a half weeks. That is the main reason I booked this hotel. I probably wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Fantastic! Planning to come back for another trip

I stay here every time I come to Kennewick to visit my sister, several times a year over several years. I am always happy with RED Lion. Comfortable room and bed and I always feel safe here!

The room was clean and the staff nice and helpful when needed for the laundry room. The hotel was in a great location for our use and many dining options nearby. It was a bit of a challenge getting inside; the key card needed to use to gain access, which is good, the hard part getting the door to work right. Found out using the door lever raising it up instead of down was the way to get in the easiest. We had to use the laundry; several machines were out of order. The 2 washers available worked well. he dryers on the other hand not so much. Took a very long time to get the clothes dry.
