The online fee for pets says $50 deposit plus $5 fee per night. It does NOT say non-refundable deposit. The definition of deposit implies getting your deposit back if no damage.
The manager did reduce my fee in half.
Otherwise, I’d say this hotel is fine enough for a quick one night stay while traveling through. Decent clean rooms.
We booked this hotel last minute—about an hour before arrival—as a quick stopover during our road trip. The after-hours check-in process worked, though we were told someone would be there in 5 minutes and it ended up being closer to 10–15, which was a little frustrating after a long day of driving.
The room itself was clean, which we appreciated. However, the hallway and our room were heavily saturated with room spray—so strong it was overwhelming. We also heard dogs barking in a nearby room, which made it a bit harder to relax.
That said, it served its purpose: a place to sleep and get up early to continue our drive. It wasn’t the most comfortable or restful stop, but it got the job done.
It wasn’t as clean as I would like. In the room The floors were dirty in the bathroom. They didn’t sweep. And the counter tops had sticky stuff on them. The was only one dishwasher pod and no soap or anything to was the dishes by hand. I only used a couple of dishes but had to run the dishwasher to get them clean. No paper towels. And the water pressure was terrible in the bathroom sink and the shower. The buttons to push and hold the doors open didn’t work. So it was a struggle with my hands full and trying to get in and out the doors. And with the luggage cart.
Less than 24 hours prior to our stay, we were informed the room is not available and our room reservation was cancelled. When talking to the property, no accommodations were offered or assistance. Very disappointing.
We stayed in a room close to the neon sign. With no black out curtains the room was too light. This is a basic place to stay. Not fancy. It was fine for us except the persistent green glow from outside.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. i typically stay in extended stay sites and there are obvious expectations. Here are a few of my complaints:
* No in-room coffee pot (Seriously?)
*No ice machines (to make it worse my refrigerator wasn't cold enough to freeze ice. It took 2 days!)
*very sparse kitchen (Example: nothing to cut with, nothing to mix with. The only thing besides plates and cereal bowls was a colander)
*right behind a smelly canal and a lot od homeless people roaming.
*no staff on site between 10 pm - 9 am.
*horribly uncomfortable beds
*no shampoo/conditioner
and the list goes on.... DO NOT STAY HERE
